What to include

• The firm's name.
• A link to the firm's own rules, FAQ or help page that shows the change. We can only use the firm's own pages as a source.
• The date you saw it, and what changed (the old and new wording if you have it).

We read every message and usually reply within a few business days if you ask for an answer. Confirmed changes are dated on the rule-change log. This form is the only way to reach us; we don't publish an email address.
